If you keep your goals simple and understandable you will avoid future disappointment An example of a simple and understandable goal is to increase your total workout time by fifteen minutes a week.
Do something that you love:
Exercising doesn't necessarily mean you have to live in a gym every day It's very important to do something that you enjoy. Find sports or activities that you enjoy doing, be it yoga, dance class, swimming, martial arts or hiking. You are more likely to stick to a fitness program if you are having fun. If you get bored with what your doing, simply try something else occasionally
Put up pictures of people with your ideal body type.
Sure, these people may probably have been photoshopped to perfection, but for some reason, looking at these models and celebrities can help you motivate to work harder. You'll strive to have that kind of body which in a way can keep you motivated to workout.

Sometimes, the best way to keep yourself motivated to workout is to reward your efforts. Giving yourself rewards upon reaching your fitness goals and milestones can help keep you stay in track. Of course, you don't want to overdo it and undo the progress you have already made
